The 2020 Riesling Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Spätlese (White Capsule) is pure, warm and intense yet fine and flinty on the remarkably ripe and concentrated, irresistible nose that exhibits fully ripe Physalis and mirabelle aromas with a hint of dried rosemary (even with focaccia). Pure, super refined and crystalline on the palate, this is a very intense, saline and savory Zeltinger Sonnenuhr with intense fruit and precise, linear and remarkably saline acidity. The finish is long, saline and savory and fascinatingly precise. This rather discreet Zeltinger should not be underestimated.

Fragrant and floral: rosemary and orange blossom, mountain pine. Gripping in the mouth at the beginning, quickly gaining intensity and juiciness, appearing compact and powerful, lots of power and subtle mineral notes.
