Fyld kassen og spar 10%En yderst saftig og meget frugtig Chianti, fremstillet på Sangiovese druen. Denne vin har stor intensitet i frugten med noter af kirsebær, læder og chokolade. Smagen er intens med faste tanniner og stor fylde. Her vokser en bred palet frem af røde kirsebær, lakrids og chokolade. En vin med lang og afstemt eftersmag. Server den sammen med dit bedste stykke kød.
Her fremstilles en Chianti Classico nærmest på niveau med en Riserva. Vinen er fremstillet på 100 % Sangiovese, der er høstet fra ejendommens egne marker. Alle vinmarker passes efter bæredygtige og økologiske principper, for at få en så ren og naturlig vin som mulig. Efter en gæring med druernes egen gær, lagres vinen i 12 måneder på franske egetræsfade fra de bedste skove.

"This benchmark Panzano estate is still in the hands of long-time owner, Giovanni Manetti, but the new generation is very much in evidence: Manetti’s son Bernardo, daughter Margherita and nephew Costa now play fundamental roles as the estate continues to grow. Fontodi’s 2019 is striking and pronounced in fragrance. Liquorice and black cherry are offset by coffee, char and tobacco. Vigorous tannins yield slowly but surely as this makes its way across the palate. Its structure is well-proportioned with the ripe black fruit, substantial but never heavy or imposing, underscored by some tanginess. As always, it soars above its category."
